Terms & Conditions

1. General

Rebecca León provides consulting services within music supervision, sonic branding, music strategy and sound curation. All services are subject to written agreement between Rebecca León and the client.

Each project is individually assessed and scoped based on the specific needs of the client.

2. Scope of Services

The scope, deliverables and timelines of each project are defined in a written proposal or agreement. Any work outside the agreed scope may be subject to additional fees and must be approved in advance.

Advisory services, strategy development or creative direction do not automatically include execution, licensing or production unless explicitly stated.

3. Fees & Payment

All fees are agreed in writing prior to the start of a project.

Unless otherwise agreed:

  • Invoices are issued according to the project agreement.

  • Payment terms are [e.g., 14 or 30] days from invoice date.

  • Late payments may incur interest in accordance with applicable law.

Licensing fees, third-party production costs and external supplier costs are invoiced separately unless otherwise specified.

4. Music Rights & Licensing

Rebecca León may assist in sourcing, negotiating and facilitating music licenses. However:

  • Final licensing agreements are entered into directly between the rights holders and the client.

  • License fees are separate from supervision or consulting fees.

  • The client is responsible for securing final approval and payment of all usage rights unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Advisory recommendations do not grant any usage rights.

5. Original Music & Production

Where original compositions or bespoke audio are commissioned:

  • Rights usage, ownership and territory are defined in the specific project agreement.

  • Any additional usage beyond the agreed scope may require additional licensing or fees.

6. Limitation of Liability

Rebecca León provides services with professional care and expertise. However, she is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of delivered services or materials.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Sweden, unless otherwise agreed.
